The Workspace Strategist

One Workspace Brief.

Built by your own team, on your own timeline, before you commit to a lease, a refurbishment or a fit-out scope.

The same process I run for 1:1 clients, structured step by step, for you to run yourselves.

Launching early 2027. The waitlist gets first access and the introductory price.

The Workspace Strategy Blueprint™

Over twenty years and more than a hundred projects, I've run the same briefing process at the start of every workspace project.

Survey the team, get leadership aligned, run the workshops, measure the space, turn all of it into requirements a designer can actually work from.

Until now, accessing it has meant hiring me 1:1.

The Blueprint is the same process, structured step by step, with the surveys, the questionnaires, the workshop material, the space schedule and the document templates handed over for your own team to use. Same three steps. Same nine actions. Same brief at the end of it.

You run it. I built it so that it works without me in the room.

Who this is for

You're at a commitment moment. Signing a lease, refurbishing in place, or committing a fit-out scope.

You've decided something is happening. What you don't have is a clear picture of what your business actually needs the space to do, written down in a form that survives contact with an agent, a designer and a board.

And you have someone who can run it. This is the part worth being honest about. Somebody in the business has to send the survey, chase the responses, stand up in front of the team and run two workshops, and keep the thing moving over about five weeks. That person might be you. More often it's an operations manager, an EA, a practice manager or whoever ends up holding projects like this.

They don't need design experience. They need the time, the standing to get people in a room, and a process to follow.

If you have that person, and you probably knew who they were before you finished reading that paragraph, the Blueprint is built for exactly your situation. Running it in-house carries real advantages over bringing me in. Your team knows who ran it, so the brief has a face in the building. Your champion understands it from the inside rather than receiving it finished. And the capability stays with you afterwards, which matters more than people expect the second time a lease comes up.

Offices, consulting rooms, clinics, studios. Anywhere a team works.

If that's not your situation, this isn't the right offer, and I'd rather tell you that here than have you find out five weeks in.

The Blueprint will sit unopened and you'll have spent money on a good intention. The Intensive exists for exactly that situation, and it's bookable now.

What you end up with...

One Workspace Brief, in three parts.

Vision. Where the business is going, and what the building has to do to get it there.

Strategic. How your team actually works, what the current space is doing to them, and what has to change.

Functional. Requirements a designer, an agent or a landlord can price and plan against. Space schedule(s), adjacencies, systems and specialist needs.

It's the same document my facilitated clients end up with. It's what your designer works from, what your agent searches against, what your landlord negotiates around, and what your board signs off.

Whoever you hand it to, you're making their job considerably easier and your own position considerably clearer.

A note on independence...

Hi, I'm Rachel and I have no commercial interest in what you decide to do with your workspace.

I am not the agent, the designer, the project manager, or the builder.

I don't receive referral fees, procurement margins, or commissions from any of the parties you may engage after this conversation. My only commercial relationship with you is the one you're paying for directly.

That matters - because the advice you receive in the Diagnostic is not shaped by what anyone else needs you to decide. It is shaped entirely by what your specific business actually needs.

In over 20 years, across more than 100 workspace projects, the most expensive mistakes I've seen have not been made by careless business owners. They've been made by capable, intelligent people who moved too quickly with incomplete information and the wrong advisors in the room.

I created this Diagnostic to change that dynamic.

A note on independence...

I'm not the agent, the designer, the project manager or the builder. I don't take referral fees, procurement margins or commissions from any of the people you engage after this.

That matters here for a specific reason. A briefing process built by somebody who wants the design work will steer you, gently and probably without meaning to, toward the kind of project they'd like to be handed. This one has nothing waiting at the end of it except a brief that actually reflects what your specific business needs.
