SETTING IT UP:
After you check out, you'll fill in a short setup form: your business, who'll champion the survey internally, roughly how many people, and when you'd like it to start.
I'll then send your champion your own personalised link, with a message ready to forward to your team.
WHILE IT RUNS:
The link goes out from your champion, so it comes from an email address your team already trusts. It takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous, so people say what they actually think.
The survey covers how well the space supports focused work, meetings and working together, privacy and noise, light and comfort, the kitchen and breakout spaces, how well the office reflects your brand and culture, and what people would actually use if they had it. Every question asks for a rating, with room for comments. The survey stays open for five working days, then I close it. Nobody has to chase anyone.
WHEN IT CLOSES:
Within two working days, you'll receive the full results: the average score for every question and every feedback comment, word for word.
