Once your deposit goes through, you'll be redirected to a calendar to choose and book your on-site day.

This is your team engagement day when I run the 2 workshops, focus group and a walk through of your premises.

Your confirmation email will have the same booking link, along with everything your project champion needs to get started.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
Online Teams sessions can be moved using the link in your confirmation email. If a session moves, the delivery date moves with it.
The on-site day needs 10 working days notice to reschedule, because your team's time is booked around it.
The first 50% deposit payment is non-refundable and fully transferable. The second 50% balance payment of $3,750 incl GST is charged automatically to the same card 30 days after your first.
If your timing changes completely, your deposit payment holds as credit against an Intensive™, a Diagnostic™ or The Blueprint™ for 12 months.
